I am adopted from poland, and am now living in Canada... what are my chances of finding my birth parents.?

i was born is Slupsk Poland, and was adopted by two canadian ppl. I was wondering, since it was a closed adoption, i kno nothing about my birth parents... How would i find my birth parents. I know that they still live in slupsk. If anyone could give me some info or steps i shoulkd take to find them.. oh, i am 18

This depends on the the province you live in. What ever province your adoption closed in should have the info. Your adoptive parents may be able to help you.
In Sask you will call the post adoption registry service. They will tell you how to get the forms to fill out. There is a fee of about $90.00 for active search.
I just did this last year. Found out my birth mom passed away in 2003. No info on dad.
Be prepared that they may not want anything to do with you, I do wish you the best of luck with this.
