Is this eating plan OK? 10points?

so I consume about 1,240 calories a day..and I'm 13, 5'2, female.. is this good or should i cut down on the calories?

I eat the same day everything, T.V. dinner [chicken, corn and potatoes[dont eat the potatoes] and grape soda for lunch and the same thing for dinner.. and through out the day I just drink bottled arrowhead water.. is this fine? I also do 100 crunches a day and breakdance in my room and on the weekdays I go out walking around my complex.. is this okay? am i gonna get fat?

Answer:
First off, it is not healthy to eat the same thing everyday. You need a variety of healthy foods. You are 13. You really should talk to a Dr. or dietician. If you ARE overweight, you need to follow a diet that is given to you by a professional, as you are still growing and need the right foods in the right quantities along with exercise. If you are not overweight, you need to stop being so concerned over your weight. Eat a balanced diet full of variety, healthy foods, fresh fruits and veges and meats. Nix the TV dinners except for occasionally. Prepared food such as that is much less healthy for you than fresh foods. Where are your parents? They should be making sure that your meals are healthy! Also, cut out the soda. Soda everyday is not good for anyone. Really, if you truely have concerns, talk to your family doctor, or whoever you go to for your check ups.
You probably wont get fat since you excersize but you will not be healthy if you dont eat a wide variety of foods.
I don't think you will. You exercise and that is good. You should try eating different things everyday. It is also ok if you want to eat a pizza once in a while, you are a teenager so it is ok, just keep exercising and don't make pizza your only thing you eat. You are better off eating 2,000 calories a day with different foods, than 1,240 with the same foods. There are certain vitamins, minerals and other neutrients you may be depriving yourself of because you don't eat the foods that contain the ones that are necessary.

The more colorful your meal is the healthier it is for you. You can also try different vegetables, green vegetables are said to be the best for you. Try changing up your diet and you should be fine.
I suggest looking at that page for some ideas. They also have healthy recipies for you there. As long as you keep exrices as a part of your day you'll be fine. Also you can switch the grape soda at lunch for grape juice. You do need to eat a breakfast, a snack , lunch, a snack and supper and maybe a snack after supper eat until you're full and then stop. Allow yourself treats you do not have to change habits over night but i do suggest different exrices for different day. One day focus on crunches and another day do the warm ups and dancing in your room and then another day focus on crunches and jump roping. GL in what you decide to do. hope this helps.

P.S.
Please keep in mind food=energy so less food=less energy.
Sweetheart, you will not get fat... but it is my personal opinion that you should rethink your habits... because your early obcession over your weight can easily lead to an eating disorder. Your plan to just drink water is a good one... you just need to make sure to eat a balanced diet. You are a growing girl... and you need to make sure to get the nutrients you need.
Maybe try a different variety of foods. Like fish and veggies and fruits and whole grains. The key really is portion control, and eating healthy foods. Tv dinners generally have alot of useless calories and contain alot of sodium. You may continue to eat them but switch it up once in a while. Your exercising is fine. I dont think you will get fat. Good luck!
Watch the amount of salt you are taking in and make sure to get plenty of different foods, from all food groups
Maybe you should be worried more about... Is my life going to become boring!
Did you know that the World Health Organization considers anything under 2,000 calories a day to be a famine diet?

You need more calories. And you need them NOT from T.V. dinners and grape soda, but from fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, milk, yogurt, nuts, and meat.

Exercise is good. Water is good. But you need to take care of your body by giving it what it needs to thrive - you'll be far healthier and have better muscle tone (in combination with exercise). You may even find yourself losing weight - your body at this time is trying to squeeze every last bit out of every calorie you consume, since it thinks you're starving.
Not enough calories especially if you exercise. Your diet is horrible too. You are not going to get fat, you are going to get sick.
