If someone raped your daughter or son and you found them in the act what would you do?

If you are talking about sexual assault I would call the police. If the sex was consensual and the age difference was very great, I would call the police. I would offer counseling with local rape crisis workers (free in our area) for the victim. If the sex was consensual and the ages are close I would talk about birth control and try not to shame them for being human. If my daughter said it was rape because she's afraid of me and it really wasn't, I would try to be practical and not emotional. Get her (them) protected, it is not likely they will stop. You can learn from mistakes but babies and diseases are serious.
Kill them or come close to it.
Beat them until the were unable to hurt my child or myself, then call the police. It would take everything I had not to kill them.
I would be in jail
Beat them brutally and quickly(after sending child from room), but not kill them.leave them unable to run away while I called the police to put them away. Then I would comfort my child and PRAY.
I would kill them in a heart beat if I could get away with it.But going through the state I would make sure that the never get out of PRISON.
I would try really hard not to kill them. I doubt that I could physically restrain a person but I would try to have the presence of mind to notice as many details of the person as I could so that I could help the police find him. Even a swipe at his hair to grab some DNA would be useful or a nasty scratch that could identify him in the following days.

paralyze them into a quad so they cant do anything. Then ensure everyone knew about that person and make the rest of their existence a living hell. Death is wayyy too quick and easy.
Castrate them, then kill them. Seriously though? I really can't imagine what I would do. FREAK OUT comes to mind but doesn't really cover it. I would very likely get arrested though. I suppose if you found them in the act, if you stepped in and hurt the offender it could be said it was defense of the victim, but you could only use this up to a certain level of violence. YIKES!
I would send my child from the room (quickly!) and either beat the person to death or shoot them. either way - they aren't living to try it again. There was a woman who killed a man who raped her little girl - she had a jury trial. The verdict was not guilty. Just as it should have been.
I would cut their privates off. (If it was a guy)... If it was a girl, I would probably just beat the living crap out of her.
I would possibly do whatever it takes, even if I go to jail for it. That would be disgusting to do to anyone. Especially my own son or daughter.
They would die a slow and excruciatingly painful death.

Lets just say that they would never use that part of their body again, if they werent dead when the police got there, if the police even get called. It would also depend on how old your child is at the time. My daughters are 2 years and 7 months, so the safety of my child after this horrific tragedy would be most important. I would comfort my child and let their dad take care of the man, or I would take my kids to their dad (we live in the same house) and then do something. Honestly, it wouldnt matter if it was just molestation, I would probably kill the person! considering the age, of and place call the cops tie the rapist up take your son or daughter to the ER for a rape kit.

Subdue him (probably with a large object to the head) then tie him or immobilize him some way. Comfort my child and call the cops. The only reason I wouldn't kill him...is because I know what happens to child molesters in prison. And I'm sure the good old boys in our local prison know a lot more painful and humiliating ways to kill a man than I could ever dream up. And no matter what people say, I'm pretty sure that the guards wouldn't make the stay he had before his death pleasant either. I'm horribly imaginative but I'm sure they could do a much better job of emotionally and physically degrading him than I could. Now that's what I would do.but I can't promise I wouldn't kill him. And I know that my hubby wouldn't have the control not to kill him with his bare hands.

i'm all about peace and love but i'd go ballistic...if i saw any adult raping a child, i'd probably come close to killing them...whether its my child or not.

What person in their right mind would ask this? The only thought I had when I saw this was, who do you plan on raping? Any parent would either kill or beat them within an inch of their life! Me personally, that would not suffice, there is nothing that could be done that would be able to fix the innocence stolen, though I would beat the holy crap out of them and call the police. Besides, I would have the satisfaction of knowing that rapist get raped when they are in joint, especially Chesters.
