I have 2 daughters ages 9 and 11 and they have never came home talking like that! Her Mom needs to teach her and let her be a child. It is really sad.
I have a baby sister who is 10 and the same way. But to me, it's not ok. I can already tell that within just a few years she will be having my sex. My mother sees it as cute that she is so into boys right now, having a different bf every day. Talk to her and kinda push things that you think an 8 year old would do.
I personally blame it on the shows they watch. Including some of the Disney station shows.

It's normal for her to be that way. When my little cousin was six, she had TWO boyfriends, who both FOUGHT over her. They gave her rings they got out of a Kmart quarter machine. And all she would talk about was how cute they are and how she told them both that she had enough love to go around for the both of them.
It's normal kid stuff. Just go along with it.
