What makes a man act childishly when it comes to parenting a child?

Answer:
They do not want to make the children upset. In my husband's case, I am a stay at home Mom and the time that he has with the children is limitted. I take on the authority figure. He gets the good times, I get both.
What makes a woman act so obsessively?
That's where you got it wrong; he's no man.
Because it cannot be done otherwise.I mean it could, but it is unfavorable to be done...

Meaning... when you are parenting a child you need to come down to his level of thinking...to absorb him / her the way they understand it & like it...

On the other hand, if you act with a child as normal, you will deprive the child from living complete childhood...and he /she will tend to look more of above their age in talks, acts and behavior in general once you act with them in a normal manner, so why doing that...!!?? Let them live their lives periodically and aim to make them live it as instinctly as you could...

Moreover, their is nothing more loveable than spoiling (with limits of course) a little child, it is a mutual feeling of love that you tend to generate within a child treating him / her as such...

Lastly, when you parent a child childlishly, you will end up with the favorable feedback of that child on-the-spot, thus WHAT MORE COULD ANY PARENT ASK..!
