Can step mom pick up daughter if dad have to work?
Do I hold to let my daughter's step mom pick up my child, if I surface that she is a danger to her?
I live contained by Wisconsin
Answers: This is tricky...you do not want to ever find yourself to be in a situation where on earth you are held to be in contempt of court, which could involve top-security prison time and fines for you, for denying visitation persuant to a court order. If you truly beleive she is a threat to your child, your recourse is to file a motion through the court system, where on earth you must prove this. I know this is frustrating, it annoys me when my ex has his irresponsible, emotionally disturbed girlfriend watchfulness for my child the entire time she is supposed to be visiting beside him. The fact that they are married make your situation worse for you. I wouldn't do it unless she arrived intoxicated or screaming and/or fighting (then narrative her). In this case, you may consider file a police report and building a criminal case.
I would contact your attorney to know for sure. If you feel she is a trouble to your daughter then make conversation to your lawyer and see what your rights are.
