I think that my babysitter spits in my refrigerator. How can i prove that it was her and not my kids?

First..Your kids are not spitting in your fridge!! If this is a legitimate concern of yours fire this broad! And second...You better hope spitting in your fridge is all she's doing!! If she's gross enough to be spitting in your fridge who knows what other bodily fluids she has left in your food and around your house...
You may even want to consider beating her a*s before you fire her!!
You could always have a lab test it for you. Grab one of her hairs and see if a match comes up.
Setup a camera. They have cheap ones at walmart for around 30 bucks. Thats the only way that you would be able to know for sure.
Why do you need to prove it? Fire her, and find another sitter. Is this solution not obvious to you?
It is more than likly your 5 yr old kid...
But you could always put a hidden camera somewhere.
get a nanny cam and put it in the kitchen, hidden somewhere. they probably have them on ebay for cheaper then new.
or just put a camcorder in there when she's there
then press charges :)
why don't u put a hidden camera just like one of the desperate housewife's did
fire the sitter and find another one. if she is doing that who knows what else gross things she may be doing. i would not trust my kids with a women like that.
Does it happen when the babysitter is not there? That seems so odd, like why would someone spit in your fridge? I would definitely consider putting a lock on the fridge high enough where only an adult can reach it. That way, your son has no access to the fridge. If the spit is still happening, obviously it wasn't your son. It may deter the babysitter from spitting also, if it was her.
Does she babysit for anyone else? Contact them if she does and ask them if they have noticed the same thing.
Here is something you should consider.does it only happen when she is there? It is unlikely that your son (if he is the culprit) will only demonstrate this behavior when he knows the sitter is there. So that would indicate that it is her. Also I would question why the sitter is not paying attention to your 5 yr old when he is in the refrigerator.
If you have to be suspicious of a babysitter for anything then you should get rid of her and find another. When she is gone if the spitting continues then you know it is one of the kids. Get a hidden camera and find out for sure. IF it is your kid then you need to get him to a psychologist immediately for evaluation. Spitting in your own refrigerator is a abnormal behavior and may be the result of a cerebral anomaly.
If you are sure that it is your sitter, I say fire the nasty ***** right now. Aside from being totally disgusting, she is being dishonest with you about it. If she would lie about something this petty, how can you possibly trust her with something as important and precious as the lives of your children?
If you simply want to prove who is doing the spitting, you can purchase at home DNA kits at any leading pharmacy. If you choose this route, it probably wouldn't hurt to buy an at home drug test as well because spitting in the fridge is not normal / rational behavior.
Time for a new babysitter. If you suspect she's doing this - what else is she up to? If you can't trust her to not spit on things - how well is she looking after your children?
if you suspect your sitter of doing things that are harmful or disguisting then let her go and get you a new sitter. If she is spitting in the refrigerator what else is she doing that you arent aware of?

use a hidden camra...they have these teddy camras that look and are stuffed animals but have a tiny camra in them so no one would expect it to be one.place it in view of you fridge and see what it records.
