50.00 too much too litttle?
Answer:
yea if thats affordable. My parents and my mother in law only spend about 25-30 on each grandchild and i think thats plenty. Theres no set amount. Depends on what you can afford. Some years might be more and some years might be less. Its not about gifts anyways :) GOODLUCK!!
What you can afford is suffient.
It is just fine. Just pick something she will enjoy - she doesn't need to know how much you paid. If it is cash, she can pick something she wants.
Honestly, that's way too much! A kid that age would be just as happy with something cheaper!
It's absolutely sufficient. Christmas is not about how much money is spent. It's supposed to be a time for family and friendship and being thankful for what you have. If the 8 year old thinks 50.00 isn't enough, then someone needs to sit her down and talk to her about being a material little brat.
more than enough the money you spent shouldn't be an issue
actually you can get her something nice for about half that
It's actually pretty generous!
my grandpa use to send me $50 every christmas so I could buy whatever I want...he did that until I was 19.
That is fine. An 8 yr old has no clue! I'm sure she will love that it came from you.
it's ok not great I would move it up to $100 if you have it
