Annoying parents...?

I think it depends... are they being abusive when they yell at you? Calling you names or beating you? If not then maybe you should look at it from their side... is it something about your friends they don't like/approve of? Have you done all that they ask of you and are you doing good in school? If you are pretty much a model citizen then maybe you need to have a heart-to-heart with your parents and tell them how much it bothers you when they yell at you .
As a parent, I never do that...
What ELSE is going on? Did you neglect your chores? are your grades awful? have you been disrespectful?
Believe it or not, they only want what's best for you...even if they seem mean at times!
I used to scream back. Now that I'm the parent... Just remember your parents have problems that you have no clue about and they don't want you out there and while they're home worrying.
What do you do to make them yell and scream. Parents dont just do that for no reason.
