Should you trust your intuition?
Answer:
always trust your intuition. i would rather look paronoid then have something bad happen to my child.
go with your gut. You might be wrong.but better to be safe than sorry!
always trust your intuition.
always trust your intuition...always
For sure trust yourgut feeling. It's a natural detector. If you have a bad feeling LISTEN TO IT. I've doubted mine before and regreted it
i would go with my intuition better to be safe than sorry i would not want anyhitng to happen to my kids just beause i worried that people would think i was paranoid
We have intuition for a reason. Trust it and be cautious. Perhaps you are just misreading the signals.
Always trust your feelings and never let your child around anyone who makes you uncomfortable they are your child and thats your right and its your minds way of telling you protect and thats the instinct you should always trust
A good rule: If it feels wrong, it probably is. And even if it isn't wrong at least you protected yourself from the possibility of it being such.
I would never (not even for a second) willingly put my child into any situation that I though could physically, mentally or spiritually harm them.
Heres the thing about paranoia..it is misdefined. Paranoia is actually a keen sense of ones surroundings. So don't doubt yourself in the future.
Yes, trust your intuition!
Intuition is a strong and primal reaction. I suggest you read "Blink" . It's a book about rapid cognition, about the kind of thinking that happens in a blink of an eye. When you meet someone for the first time, or walk into a house you are thinking of buying, or read the first few sentences of a book, your mind takes about two seconds to jump to a series of conclusions. Well, "Blink" is a book about those two seconds. It's a really good read and very informative about your question.
it all depends on your past experiences with your own intuition (some ppl just don't have it).
where the safety of your children is concerned you can never be too protective- that is better than something that you could have prevented happening-
prevention is better that cure.
Always trust your intuition, instincts and gut feeling. You can't go wrong.
As a Mother speaking, Keep your eyes wide open and your mouth shut till you have something to go on. The very seemingly nicest people can convince everybody else that you are telling a lie when in fact you are not and a little child trust those they love.
Praise God if the loving family member is nothing more then that. There are are many sick people out there, sounds like you know it and I know it too. Sad but true. I say you cannot be to protective of the innocent ~~~
Either. I used to have this crazy intuition my mother-in-law was on something. Turned out to be meth. Some things, like paranoia about infidelity of a spouse, can be just that - paranoia. But as far as other family members go, especially those with whom you don't have an extrememly close physical connection, you should trust your intuition. The reason why I think intuition regarding a spouse can get foggy is that we have a much stronger emotional tie with them, and that can get in the way. Keep in mind, there is some truth to the whole "women's intuition" thing. We are much better at interpreting subtle non-verbal cues than men are (for the most part anyway). We pick up more on tiny, fleeting facial expressions and tone of voice details than do men. It's just how we are socialized to communicate.
Trust your instincts. Mine has never failed me.
TRUST YOUR INTUITION. something about that family member is giving you bad signals.
You should ALWAYS trust your intuition.
yes, go with your gut, and don't feel bad about it
I agree with sara g.If you are having bad feelings about some one family or not trust your self to do what is best for your child.
Trust your intuition. Your life experience may have given you special insight. I know you would rather keep your child safe than let them be in a bad situation. Just do what you have to do so that your child is never alone with this person, doesn't need a ride from them etc.
