In Canada can I move?

across the country withoout fathers consent

Answer:
This is really important. 1st you need to see a judge (you may need to contact a woman's counsellor to hook you up) You need to get something called a temporary custody order. They are issued to the 1st parent who presents to the judge. ( go before he does) You can move. Especially if you are moving for school, support of work opportunity. If you have a custody order in place that specifies that you can not move further than ... you may need a proof of employment, proof of school acceptance or show that you have people who are support for you IE your family...
Yes..you can..!
yes as long as your 18 or older
If ur 18 or older
In Canada lawyers are required to give you a consultation for free, why don't you go talk to one.
It really on depends on your custody agreement. If you don't have a legal one, then the father can take you to court and legally stop you from moving. That is of course if the father has play a role in the child's life.
Otherwise you will need consent if you already have an agreement.
in alberta you can if you are only 13
