Why parents are made responsible?

What are your views on Responsible parenting?

Answer:
Parents are responsible, because it is the paranting that they did or did not do early on that leads to out of control children later in life. If the parents are not a strong presence in their child's life, that they are at fault when the child goes out of control.
Parents should not have kids if they will not take care and nuture them 100%. enough said.
Victoria is right. There are way too many irresponsible and immature parents.
