Why is my kids negative and thier father is ab positive and i'm o positive?

i'm very confused i've just found out two of my daughters one is a negative and the other is b negative and thier father is ab positive and i'm o positive?

Answer:
consult with doctor
see doc
I don't know much about blood type and if it is dominant or recessive. I think positive is dominant. Which means you and the father must carry the negative recessive trait. Which means that you have 75% chance of a child with a positive blood type and a 25% chance of having a child with a negative blood type. Just like 2 brown eyed parents can have a blue eyed child. I dont know how the complexeties of the type of blood play into this..it may be totally separate.
Then you are both carrying a Rh- gene. Rh- is a recessive genetic trait, therefore it is possible for Rh+ parents to produce Rh- offspring, depending on the genotype of the parents. In other words, the Rh factor is inherited from your parents - in this case, you and your husband.

Refer to the article below. You will have to read a way down to see the discussion on inheritance, however I think you should be aware of the other information in case you have more children.

You were very lucky you did not have extreme problems during the second pregnancy, or are they twins?
Blood types A, B & O are determined from your parents through their heriditary (sp), however the RH factor which gives you a positive or negative is not determined through your parents, it is antibodies that you either have or you don't.

Check with a doctor with it, if you are still concerned. A simple phone call to their pediatrician or a nurse in the office can prob. answer it.
this can' t be true.if both parents are rh positve then their children are rh positive. either of u must be rh negative.if both of are +ve then both your children are +ve. pl check your and all family members blood groups again in a good and reputed hospital.
sorry no idea, plz explain ur question
This simple matter is going to worry you to hell if you ask this kind of open forum for opinions. The right way to get the correct answer is to consult your family physician. He will explain things to you in layman's language or refer you to the right Counsellor.
To begin with, know that there is nothing abnormal about it. The Science of Genetics and Eugenics have answers that will put you at ease. After that, if fools tease you , ignore them.
