I think the all male answer is probably correct, but just in case, maybe one of the girls is nicknamed 'boy'. I know my head belongs outside the box on this one but it just won't go. I can't picture how it works calling the children hers but having less than 7 being biologically hers. This idea would also allow half of the bios to be male but I can't make the logic hold water.

it's not like that is a rare occasion...my cousin has 3 boys...she kept trying for a girl but never got one. My grandma had 3 boys as well...no girls. More than likely if I have kids I will probably end up with more boys than girls. It's just genetics. The guy determines the sex of the child.
