Since he is a danger and is not wanted in our lives and I don't want him in my child's life how would I put this down on the birth certificate form without causing them to ask questions. I will just put down that I don't know who it is but what is a good way to write that down? Should I say unkown? Any suggestions please, thank you all in advance!

When you fill out the birth certificate just put unknown for the father... There should be someone at the hospital when you are filling it out that can help you good luck!
unknown or just leave it blank and if anyone ask just say that you dont know
