Reasons why the internet is good and not bad?

with the right supervision, the internet can be a great tool! Its like having a library at home! And you can play games, listen to music, and go to sites like FeelBaby.com!
The internet is good because you can talk to others, Family, Friends, people out of state.
The bad thing is while your online your not getting anything done around the house if it needs to be done.
Just thought I would give you 2 reasons lol.
it has a ton of information, you can learn a lot, but it's addictive and if a young person has accces to the internet it needs to be monitored
Owning a computer company and being a minister I take it serious about allowing children to have access to the Internet in their bedrooms for several reasons. While the Internet is a great educational tool and can benefit students alot as parents we have to be alert to the idea that others out there use the Internet to attract and lure youngsters to fulfill their desires and this can be harmful to our children. When selling computers to parents I tell them while buying computers for their children it would be best for them to put the computer in a public area of the home so they can see what is going on while their children are on line. What is done in public is peace of mind for parents.,
fast helpful info at your fingertips. I go to the yellow pages online. it's faster than flipping through an out of date or bulky phone book.
I like wikipedia.com it has alot of helpful detailed information.
It has alot of information on it when you need to do research.
