Well if you can prove that she had you paying support throughout your relationship under the assumption that the little girl is yours you could get a paternity test done and sue for for repayment of funds. What you have to do is prove to the judge that you are the better parent. You dont have to prove to him she isnt. You have to establish with the courts what you have to offer this child without the mother. The judge doesnt want a he say she say case...he wants to know who is the better parent and the safest home for the child to live. Now having said that. Do take your dirt with you too but use it only as a last measure. While she is busy trying to mar your name, you will show the respect and sincerity the judge is looking for! Be Real! Thats it!
