Aww, that sounds totally gorgeous bless his wee cotton socks. anyway Idont think kids as young as that need to be told off for such things because it comes from a good place and thye are probably just trying to mimic you. They will understand these things when they get a little older. When I tell my 10 month old nephew not to stick his fingers plug sockets he just flashes the legendery smile that babies do so well and my heart melts. But I still have to tell him off coz,you know instant death and all that.
That's what they're put here to do I'm sure, being cheeky and making us smile!
He sounds really quite cute, and that smile they give you gets them out of anything!
What a little tinker! I'm laughing thinking about it! My two-in-9-days daughter gets into all sort of scrapes - usually involving my shoes and toothpaste - and I'm sure she encourages my 3.5 year old son to take all his clothes off too! Bless them eh?

Ha ha how funny.
Well my god son did something the other day- not naughty but very very funny.
He is only 4 and he goes part time to school, he goes to a catholic school and all the kids were sitting in assembley the other morning and they had to say a prayer or whatever.
Anyway so he'd done really well, and the teacher thought he'd done it so nicely she asked him to stand up and do the sign of the cross in front of the other kids (when christain people cross themselves)
Being the cheeky little monkey he is- he smiled and shouted ok, then stood up, jumped and landed with his legs apart and his arms in a cross pose in front of him while shouting 'X Factor!'
Apparently the teachers in the hall could not stop laughing and one even had to leave the room.

My daughter has 17 month old twins,a boy and a girl,last week I was changing Bens very poohy bottom and after cleaning it with quite a few wipes,Emma thought she would help by getting the said wipes and washing his face with them before i could stop her.
Poor Ben was lay there quite content with his poohy face and Emma looked quite pleased with herself for helping.
I havent got any children at the mo, but from reading these i think i am gonna be a terrible mum just for the fact i wont be able to tell my children off for laughing! i look forward to having a little bundle of joy/mischief and giggles! xx
my 3 yr old son was playing with me when he let out gas it smelled so bad he said "oops!" and that gave me the lol feeling! and my 1 yr old son well young as he is he was in his crib when he peed on the sheets! this wasnt normal he was wearing strong diapers! afterwards me and my wife changed the sheets and i even became firm and said "bad boy!"
This goes back a few years, but my two year old (now 9) kept picking her nose. One time I caught her and said again, not to pick her nose. She replied, "No mom, I was putting it back in".
I have just had a mental picture of this whole scenario!!! hahahahaha kids are just fab aren't they!!
My lil girl is now 6 and on a daily basis has me in hysterics listening to her take on anything from school to pop songs..
What I find really funny is they way she makes up her own words to songs on the radio....I must look like a complete nutter as I'm driving the car laughing my head off listening to her singing all the wrong words to Girls Aloud or Mcfly but in the right tune, totally oblivious, I watch her in the rear mirror....truly magical!
Too cute! My once 2 year old sat in my lap and said mommy tell me a story..I decided to tell him "Mommy's life story" ha ha..by the time I got half way through my life I asked him would you like to hear the rest?? He looked me straight in the eye and said.."mommy shut up you hurt my ears"!!LOL My baby is now 11 and still wont let me tell him a story...lol lol...
Bless, my eldest daughter did a similar thing when she was 2 (she is now almost 9), I came downstairs one morning to find she had tried to make herself breakfast with 4 pints of milk and a box of weetabix, The bad thing was she decided to forget the bowl and use the kitchen floor.
My youngest daughter recently seemed to pick up my impatience while shopping in tesco as there was a woman in my way and after several times of me saying excuse me please my 2 year old who was sitting in the trolley shouted MOVE at the top of her voice. Saying that the woman soon moved out of the way to allow us to finish our shopping.
My eldest niece last weekend had us cracking up. She stole some candy that was hidden for the halloween party that was coming and her mother found her with it in her closet, my niece then ran for it and tried to put it in her babysisters mouth and say she took it. Her mother gave her a couple soft swats on the butt and told her to go to her room to which she replied "Are you happy now". Her mother couldn't help but laugh and niether could the rest of us.

My daughter did something nothing like that though, my daughter is 2, i have 10 month old twins (boy & girl), one day a while ago I popped to the loo, all was well, the twins were laying on the floor, my daughter playing with her blocks, it was a lovely peaceful moment. I came back from the toilet my daughter had whipped off my sons nappy & was playing with his willy, it would've been funnier if he'd peed at that precise moment but he didn't. I couldn't shout as I was laughing so much, she hasn't done it since. You really can't leave them alone for a minute can you?
i woke up a few mornings ago to my 2 y/o playing in the 2 dozen eggs he had just broken all over my kitchen floor.i was about to lose it when he said look i fed midget(our dog).i look and alot of the eggs were in our dogs food bowl.i dont know if i was just in shock or what but i couldnt help laughing.he does stuff all the time and if every time i got mad i think i would be mad always.its ok to laugh at the things they do sometimes.
Not recently but when my son was about 3 I caught him and his little friend in the bathroom trying to see who could pee higher up my wall.I did not find it funny at the time but my husband laughed until he cried when I told him that night.
My three-and-a-half-year-old daughter asked me if it was okay to say "s**t" if she burns her thumb. I cracked up. I mean, she was so seriously asking for informational purposes and not out of intent to shock!
My 3 year old twin daughters were taking a bath when the telephone rung. Daddy went in the bedroom to answer it (the bedroom is right next door to the bathroom and he could still hear them talking) one of them said come and see the colour of the bath and when he went in they had poured...
1 full bottle of head and shoulders shampoo
1 full bottle of coconut shampoo
1 almost full bottle of baby shampoo
1 almost full nivea shower gel
1 almost full davidoff cool water shower gel
1 full tube of apri facial scrub
and finally half a can of ladies shave gel all in the bath!
Then they both started complaining that their bottoms were stinging... I'm really not surprise with all the chemicals they had in their bath. We had a good laugh about it as we rinsed them in the shower. Daddy had to pay for all new shampoos and shower gels after all it was his fault!
LOL!! Way too cute aren't they.My daughter was learning potty training and I had come walking from the bathroom into the kitchen and thier sits my daughter poo in hand and as naked as could on my kitchen floor playing like nothing was wrong.I froze for a moment in time realizing what I had to clean and just started laughing cuz it was so overwhelming.
My nephew who is just six had his friend round to play. His friend noticed the fish tank in the living room and started talking to Ryan (nephew) about it, to which Ryan said "We're not having tropical fish again, just goldfish so that dad doesn't have to p**s about cleaning the filter!!"
Just goes to show, we think they don't listen to us but when you least want them to they are!
my son is 22 months and i took him out for a long walk today to get him tired for his afternoon sleep, well i think we walked a little too far..when we got to the top of the road he wouldnt move he just kept saying "want lie down" so im telling him "were nearly home now come on" he still wouldnt budge, so i started to walk slowly thinking he would follow, when i turned round he was lying on the floor saying "night night birdies, night night mummy" i had to carry him the rest of the way home and was still laughing about it over dinner tonight!
My son now 10 managed to get into the cupboard when he was 18 mths and when I found him alerted by the silence he was playing happily in 3 litres of cooking oil. took me hours to clean up his clothes had to be binned, but he had really bad eczema and his skin was so soft and conditioned! We always talk about it and it is one of my most cherished memories he was so absorbed in the oil splashing around in amazement. when he heard me scream- It was such a shock - he turned and just chuckled at me! Precious memory.

Our two year old has learned names for parts of the face, body etc. Aunt Sue sat Rachel on her lap and asked Rachel where Aunt Sue's eye is. Aunt Sue should have thought of the consequences of the question, but didn't, and was rewarded with a poke in the eye.
Rachel (like many others) has also learned to tell people to "shush", but at least she always remembers to say "pardon" as well.
