Hope you are all feeling good,l was just taking pictures of my son playing in the snow..?
Answer:
My daughter tells me "mommy your just no fun!''
I guess it's becuz we care about our kids, we don't want them getting hurt, or acting badly. And for the floors getting dirty, it takes us time away from our kids, but it's for our kids we keep a clean house, I wish they could understand that, and help keep it clean so we all could spend more time with eachother.
Hang in there, they will thank us one day. Now go out and try not to be so boring! LOL
yeh most moms are boring let your son play dont be like your mom and make it boring for your son
that is awesome! i live in Georgia and have been hoping for snow so i can go play outside in it with my daughter!! snow is my favorite part of winter! But it rarely snows here, but here's hoping!
I find it hard to get myself to go outside during the winter. It's alway sso cold, and I hate winter. Summertime I take him outside daily, but this time of year is just wicked.
are you forgetting mud puddles? oh, the joy of splashing in the puddles! as a mother i would have NEVER allowed my kids to do this BUT as a grandmother I have stepped back in time. right in a mud puddle. :) needless to say my grandchildren love me. and as far as playing in the snow... i took my grandson (5 at the time) for his first sledding experience. I was going down the hill just as much as he was. so, yeah moms might be boring but we make up for it when we become a grandma. did i mention i love being a grandma?!
take all the chances to play because soon he'll want his buds and not mommy
Yeah we probably are, I make my kids put a bin bag down next to the door so they can leave there wheelies on it.
Yep, afraid so.
But good for you and I will take a leaf out of your book. I was lucky when little, did live in Scotland but bringing my kids up in England so don't have the same snow...
I will now make the effort and take advantage - even if the kids don't want to!
