Funny Parenting Stories..?
Answer:
i would take my then 3 &18 mnt old girls out for walks with their baby brother , they both had babies in strollers and would walk in front of me while i pushed him in his. - one morning they both needed help with their baby's jackets ect. so i dressed real plus two dolls, loaded carriages, out the door to the store. walking thru store got lots of strange looks until baby in one doll carriage started to fuss. then i realised that while loading the strollers i put a doll in mine and him in the 18 month olds stroller. poor 8 week old baby !! LOL thankfully he never noticed what a close brush with death he had at the hands of a clutsy 18 month old pushing him up and down bumps and curbs - not to mention her speed demon racing. trust me , from then on i always made double sure i had a baby and not a cabbage patch doll in my stroller.
yes! hahaha yours is a funny mistake too! look at this:
with my first baby (he is now 14) we didnt know how to change the diaper too! i just came back form a hot soothing bath when i noticed my baby crying..i look ed at him and i saw the diaper was near his tummy! the urine had hit him and he was wet so i cha ged him and then asked help from a neighbor!
No but your question sparked a memory from my childhood, which looking back was very funny.
In preschool I was a bear for Halloween, we all got dressed at the preschool and walked down to the elementary school for a little party. Well, my preschool teacher put my bear costume on backwards, at least the body part she did. So you know where the tail now was. I can only imagine how funny that must of looked. My mom arrived later on to notice the problem and fix it.
My only question now that i am grown is what the heck was my teacher thinking? She must have either been really dumb, or having a little fun at my expense. Either way, it's a good laugh now when i think about it.
when i had my son, me and my husband treated him all gentle like he was going to break. i couldn't get him to wake up to nurse him, so we was gently rubbing his cheeks to wake him up with no success. than the nurse came in the room to see how we was doing, and she seen us trying wake him up so she took him from me, undressed him and was holding him anything but gently. it was so funny how this nurse just handled him like a potatoe and me and my husband was so careful. the nurse so knew what she was doing and woke him up within seconds.
he urinated on us many times before we got the hang of it. i thought it was so funny!
