Yes you can!
It is the prolactin that you make to produce milk that supresses your steroid hormones, stopping ovulation. Prolactin is always high in the 1st week preventing possible pregnancy then. As you breastfeed though, you need less prolactin to make the same milk and the level drops so that there is no birth control effect.
In some women, it takes a week for the prolactin levels to drop. In others, it can take three months. So yes there is a chance you may be pregnant, or you could be one of those women who take up to 3 months to get pregnant again.

Well, I know of many women who have gone back to their 6 week follow up appointment and been pregnant. Some people say breastfeeding is birth control, but half the women I knew WERE breastfeeding, so I don't think it is reliable. Part of the reason why doctors don't want you to have sex for six weeks isn't just so your body has time to heal...it's also because you are fertile after you give birth. Hopefully you weren't ovulating, but unfortunately it is possible.

yes you can. I don't want to lower your self-esteem or anything, but that was pretty careless on your part.
You can absolutely get pregnant again that quickly. I had a friend that was 3 weeks pregnant when she went back for her 6 week check up. Her doc was FURIOUS lol. I do have a concern about your being drunk enough to do that with a 3 week old baby to think about. Please do some thinking about your choices. Everything you do is a choice. Choose to be better to yourself.
