PIH can come on very suddenly, and sudden, severe swelling is one of the prime symptoms to study for.

I dont think you should verbs because swollen feet is still adjectives being pregnant a moment ago tell your doctor subsequent time you go contained by.
Ya though it can happen that efficient. I saw my doctor then two days following my feet be swollen and i had a headache first point in the morning. i go into the doctors and my blood pressure was through the roof although two days more rapidly it was fine. until you draw from more symptoms and need tpo cakll your doctor and progress in immedietly. you should create an appt. sit down put your feet up drink hose down (be careful that can swell your foot to) and try to relax.
It can happen that like lightning. I was within a similar situation at seven and a half months pregnant. I have seen the doctor a few days ahead of time and nothing seem wrong, next time I go in she put me contained by a wheel bench and wheeled me over to the hospital to be induced. My entire body have swelled though, not just my foot. Talk to your doctor, it can be serious.
