hello all, i have a question, okay i asked one yesterday about if anyone thought i was really close to labor and i got some okay answers. anyway im 32 weeks (by the doctor's idea) and i am already 2 cms dilated (yesterday at my appointment) i had asked them to check because i was having alot of pelvic pains and pressure, anyway this evening i had some very SLIGHT cramping. not like omg it hurts cramping, but it felt like a pinching feeling in my vagina area. could this be something i shoudl call my doctor about? or is it pretty normal? if its somethign i should be concerned about i guess ill go to the hospital tonite just let me know what yall think and if i get any symptons like contractions, bleeding, or leaking fluids ill leave right away, but im just curious. thanks

I had similar pains with my pregnancies and they only got worse the closer I got to delivering. It's almost like I was being pinched or scratched very low from the inside. It is a similar feeling when I got my stretchmarks (all at once, about 2 weeks before delivering my first son). I think it is likely due to the stretching of the cervix.
