Should I be worried about Fertility my cycle averages 43 days?

I just signed up to mymontlycycles.com and I put in my info for the past 3 months and it says my cycle averages 43 days is this odd??And if anyone has had long cycles did you have any problems getting pregnant??

Answer:
I had very long and also very inconsistent cycles, and I conceived within 4 months of going off the pill. Rather than try to figure out your cycle, I suggest paying attention to your body and having sex when your body indicates that you are ovulating. Look for clear stretchy discharge ("egg white" consistency) and that's when you're ovulating. Also if you can get your husband to come first and then you come 2nd, your orgasm will help propel his little swimmers up to your egg. Best wishes. :)
You might not have any trouble conceiving but then again you might. If you use an ovulation kit or something equal to that then you may not have any problems at all. Hope this helps!

If your cycles are very long. It's mathematically obvious that women who ovulate every six weeks — or about nine times a year — have fewer opportunities to get pregnant than those who ovulate monthly. For this reason, women with long cycles are sometimes given fertility drugs like Clomid to regulate ovulation.
