anybody can have twins I don't think it matters if u are left or right handed.
Although, the Discovery channels "In the Womb: Multiples" says they believe a lot of left handed people were supposed to be twins but the other one was lost in the womb..But I guess that is a matter of opinion.

Twins is usually a genetic trait that is unrelated to handedness. I am a twin and I'm left handed, but I don't have twins, but my twin is right handed and she had twins.

well its a 50/50 chance that any women can have twins, i mean i am 6 wks pregnant and for all i no i could be having twins, and iam left handed it dont matter what had u use its what your body choses u need to do a yahoo search and learn more on how babys are made,
