I own have my tubes tied and adjectives, i missed my time of year for 2 months can i be pregnant?

my period finally come on after 2 months, it lasted 4 days. I perceive so bad right immediately. Tender breast, backache,headaches,when i guzzle i get sick and i am so tired adjectives the time. Can it be possible for me to be pregnant?
