Am I allowed to make irrational mistakes when pregnant without guilt (not on purpose, but without realizing)?

I would say sure. Why not? Honestly these hormones make me feel crazy sometimes, so not knowing what you did or anything as long as it wasn't too bad, I say a little irrational mistakes here and there because of the hormones could happen...Good Luck!

Just slow down and think things through...that will help wtih the mistakes.
i guess it depends on what you did. are you talking about mistakes regarding the baby's health? if you got wasted one night, yeah that was a horrible mistake, and you should feel guilty and learn from it. i am not really sure what mistake you could be talking about, that could be that bad and yet you didn't realize you were doing it. now if you mean mistakes in interactions with other people, yeah hormones and pregnancy can make you completely nuts sometimes! =) while you should probably still feel bad if you really screwed up with someone, they should cut you some slack and try to remember that you are pregnant, and occasionally crazy because of it!
also, people could give you better input if explained the situation and mistake.
It really depends... If you did something irrational that could put your baby at harm, then you should not go "guilt free". You have to be responsible and take care of yourself. If it was something small, then don't feel guilty. Just try to be more careful.
Well, it really depends on what the mistake was. Did it hurt someone? You can't really do that without feeling guilt or feeling sorry about it. And you should apologize, even if you didn't mean it. It is still your responsibility. Pregnancy is not a license to be irresponsible or inconsiderate.
If it didn't really hurt anyone then I would say just try to get past it and don't beat yourself up about it. We ALL make mistakes once in awhile, pregnant or not. Humans are imperfect beings. Just try not to do it again, if possible. Try to learn from it.
