I mean logically, you will become a father when a woman has a baby that you fathered.

when you learn how to spell, or when you get docked for alimony, or maybe HMM when you grow up?LOL
You will become "A" Father when you and a woman have sex, make a child and raise it. But You technicaly are a father when a child is conceved.
Or at least thats what I would say.

1) take a grammar class sweetie and graduate high school
2) when you are fully ready and God feels that it is time!

Join a church, read some bible, preach to fools... and soon they will be calling you Father !!

Take any child from any orphanage, adopt it, and hey Presto ! You are a father !!
But if you cannot adopt also... then
Young man, approach a widow with children, and propose to marry her. And Presto !! Readymade children, and you are a father !!
But if you do not have the heart to do this too... then
Of course, baby, you have to find out a suitable girl, and propose to marry her.. For this you should have a regular source of income, sound health, and tolerable face (other wise she'll say no!)
Then after marrying her, do with her what you are supposed to do (if you do not know that, purchase any standard book on Love, Marriage and Sex...) And Lo Presto !! If you are lucky, in Nine or Ten months flat you can become a Father !!!
