Depo shot or Lunelle?

My girlfriend is thinking of trying a birth control method...Just need more info on it..

Is the depo shot or Lunelle available at any polyclinic?
How much does it cost?
And how is the procedure like?

Answer:
Both have really bad side effects. One being WEIGHT GAIN!

Here are some sites to check out.

I don't recommend the Depo shot. There are many bad side effects including weight gain and migraines. I had both after my Depo shot. Some women bleed for days and days on end. If you go to a search engine and put in Depo side effects, you will find a lot more side effects.

Just my two cents.
the depot shot was $45 for 3 months and it is given as a shot in the arm. didnt like it. weight gain is a problem and a low sex drive. not a good thing
ABSOLUTELY NO DEPO!

Everyone is different and may not get the side effects, but it's not worth trying to see if it suits you ok.

Here's what depo meant for me- My period throughout most of the shot (only one shot). My period on and off for almost three months straight after I let it expire. And dryness all the time when I wasn't bleeding.
