Answers: I am if truth be told due today and I know exactly what you are going through! This is my 1st pregnancy and I get worried when I don't surface her move. I have notice that she really doesn't kick or turn but she may extend a leg out or move an arm because she is cramped up. Something that does construct me feel better, she get the hick-ups a lot, resembling 3-5 times a day. That let me know that she is all right. I tend to get the impression more movements later within the night. Drinking OJ does sort her move around more so if you are ever worried drink some and relax, he'll get to moving!

when you haven't feel movement for a bit- get a cup of orange liquid and go fake down- your baby I don`t know needs a bit of an force boost , and if you are busy, then you may not noitce movements. if this doesn't boost it, i would go see your OBGYN
