I am 33 weeks pregnany. I have lots of pain in my vaginal area (pressure)?

It almost feels as if the baby is going to fall out of me at times. Could this mean that I am dialating or is my body just getting prepared?

Not necessarily. However, I had a similar feeling about 2 weeks ago at 33 1/2 weeks and I went to the doctor. 4 hours later, my son was born. If you are worried, call your doctor. They can check you and make sure you are alright and take the steps to stop you if you are in preterm labor. My son is still in the NICU so please call the doc if you are nervous at all. Trust me, it is worth a healthy baby that you can take home.
