In order for the delivery to b easy ...?
Answer:
thats just nonsense
Get a life.
ummm pills should take away the pain.a bit
hahahahaha who told you delivery was easy>??
Why don't you just suck it out with a vaccuum...
Exercise and strengthening muscles in the area...stopping in the middle of a pee and then releasing and then starting again.
Try different positions during labour. Walking, kneeling, on your sides, etc.
If they have a hot tub...to make your muscles relax.
you can't really do either, especially in a hospital setting.
If you want some "real" ways to help birth be easier you can research optimal fetal positioning

lol! where the hell do you get your info? butter and oil!! omg! and delivery is faaarr from easy.
An episiotomy, but seriously, that's painful.
there's a lot of stuff going on down there when it's time to come out any way. i wouldn't worry about the baby having enough lubrication to come out. the body makes it's own, and remember, her water will have broken by then.who told you to use butter or oil anyway?
go to a parenting class and they'll explain everything and they'll have visual aids to help you.
WHAT?!
I have been told that the more you walk and exercise and move around the easier labor and delivery will be.
slips out,..easily?????...
Well, this is definitely a first! I have delivered 4 babies and never have I heard of butter or oil. What doctor will or allow you to do such a thing?? Try walking walking walking, when you are close to your delivery date. This helps you to have an easier time during delivery. Walk until you feel like your bottom is going to fall out, as my grandma used to say. Good luck. With everything.
never thought of butter! ..sorry not funny
i think you are kidding, nothing will make labor easier or harder, other than being in good shape, tht always helps
the doctor usually stetches out the skin area when the head comes out. there will be fluids from you body. your body takes care of it.
