Well for unfolding my husband I just did the experiment and left it surrounded by the bathroom and asked him to go look at what be in at hand....pretty romantic huh? :) As for my mother in directive, I put in her mothers hours of daylight card from us and baby and she be thrilled. good luck and congrads

Well, the first time I told my husband, I just said it. I be so happy/shocked that I just blurted it out. This final time (Only a few days ago) I bought a t shirt that says "I'm The Big Brother" and have my son (22 months) wearing it when my husband got home from work.
As for the mom grill..... I told my parents by buying them a book called "God's instruction booklet for grandparents" I wrapped it and have them open it. For my mother-in-law, we ordered her a bouquet of flowers and balloon (baby blue and pink). We included a card that said, "To the grandparents-to-be Love, The parents-to-be" and had them deliver at the time we planned that we would be there.

why don't you engender it a hallmark moment. Get one of those cards that is plain next to a cut pic of a baby(anne something has the best babe pics) and validate it inside, same w/ your mom. Congrats
Take them out to a nice dinner your husband and your parents and gross it seem approaching nothings up. then own the wait staff bring over a birthday cake singing content birthday and have them write your due date and blissful birthday baby wrote on the cake!!
steal a marker and write "hi daddy" across your pre-baby belly.
later when you change, appropriate a shower, or anytime he'd see your belly he'll be very suprised. it'd be cute
as for the mom; you can get hold of plain tshirts made that say "mommy to be" and "i'm gonna be a daddy" wear them over to your moms house lower than jackets and see how long it take them!
next time he ask for a beer bring him a infant bottle instead.... for your mom give her one of those Brand trial grandma shirts.
