Answers: It's not as embarrassing as you infer, its just adjectives among pregnant women. I would recommend changing your diet if you're already taking a laxative. Eat kiwis if you can. They stroke as a natural laxative. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and even the ones surrounded by the jars ( peaches, pineapples, pears, citrus fruits). Also drink plenty of hose and 100% juices. grape liquid is good for regularity esp white grape and apple liquid and orange liquid. Don't forget prunes and prune juice! That really help. I have be quite regular during my pregnancy and I imagine its because I am a fruit fanatic! I own to have fruit. I drink plenty of fruit if nothing else and I drink significant amounts of hose down and some juices resembling orange, apple, and grape. I have one incident with constipation and i bought some kiwis and prunes, haven't have that problem again!
During the beginning of my pregnancy I have a little bit of like problem. I was too twitchy to take laxatives so what I did be drink two cups of chocolate milk, coffee milk, or iced tea. Something with sugar and caffeine within it so it would come easier, naturally. Hope this help!
