im 33 weeks and have achy feelings in my lower abdomen... it feels like the achy feelings i used to get right before i got my periods. i havent had any bleeding and she's been just as active as usual. i thought maybe it was from my pants being too tight, but thats not the problem. i've felt like this all day. what could it be?
Answer:
It's aching because your pelvic region is starting to spread and your cervix is starting to soften. It's really just like the start of your period and it'll stay with you now on and off up until you deliver.
I use a heat pack on mine when it's really bad or just have a relaxing bath. It does help.

could just be braxton hicks contractions. call your doctor..I always felt as if I was bothering them when I called and look back at it now and laugh. just in case it is something more serious i would for sure give them a call...congrats on the baby!
