I am 5 weeks pregnant. Am I ahving twins?

I already have have morning sickness for almost a week. I have a tot bump. (Others have notice it as well.) I am so tired adjectives the time. and I have through indegestion. My hgc levels started out TRUE low, around 14 and then be 39 days later and shot up to 200 a moment ago 4 days later. (Is that a sign?)
