I heard the pregnancy suckers work :-)
I go to the chemist & told them I was pregnant & that I newly felt yuk adjectives the time. They gave me these pregnancy tablets which settled it down alot. I be also told that mandarine or orange essence contained by an oil burner & ginger beer also settled my tummy alot. Nothing can stop you from one sick but try some of these & good luck!!
I am a young person so I've never dealt next to that problem. But here are some tricks that help me near the stomach flu which might help you.
1. Brush your teeth after everything you drink. Use Aim toothpaste with baking soda and mint contained by it. Both of them act against nausea. Also if you save your mouth clean the smell of doesn`t matter what just ate can't aggravate your stomach.
2. Try asking your doctor for meds?
3. Stay away from dairy, sweets, and rich foods.
I rooted around online and here are some more pointers:
- Eat small meal often
- Cold food instead of hot have a weaker smell so it won't make you nausea too much worse
- Avoid spicy or fried foods
- Drink adequate fluids throughout the day to stay hydrated
Are you getting within enough cals for the toddler? If not, take vitamins and devour really high joie de vivre foods like peanuts.
Oh yeah...and anything you do, do not think roughly morning sickness. Whether you're hot, cold, or nauseous, thinking more or less it just make it worse.

I don't very soon about every state but FMLA states you can give somebody a lift leave from work for morning sickness and consequently you can take move off again at the end of your pregnancy.
If it get too bad, hold your OB get you a details for work. I read that since morning sickness is a part of pregnancy, your employer cannot fire you for missed work due to it.
What worked for me the best be ginger ale. Ginger is good for an upset stomach. You can buy ginger tablets, put away fresh ginger or put it in hot wet for ginger tea, or eat ginger cookies. I own also heard that lemon help. My friend told me she use to suck on lemon wedges. If that seem to harsh, try putting some surrounded by water or lemonade. I hold also heard of women sucking on Lemon Heads candy. Most parenthood and baby stores get Prego Pops, which are suckers to ease morning sickness. Others own tried crackers, but I read that protein is better than carbs to ease nausea. One ultimate thing, some women drink Coca Cola to aid ease the nausea. There is caffeine free Coke. Good luck. Hopefully you are close to the end of your first trimester because specifically usually when the morning sickness ends.
I'm worried about like peas in a pod thing. I've read that drinking crackers first thing contained by the morning will help. Good luck.
if you want something raw...try buying some ginger root and boiling it into a tea, thats if you like tea...if that doesnt relieve then you should ask your OB/GYN to see roughly getting some Phenergan
