lol yea they can still be ticklish...and it's diff for every person my tickle spot is diff than urs u know what i mean...but just try wherever she was ticklish before lol

in all of the usual places and sometimes in a few more as their skin stretches and becomes more sensitive
I have found that the feet will always stay ticklish, no matter how pregnant.

I don't think being pregnant changes where or if you are ticklish. Everyone can be ticklish in a different spot.
