there are different causes for the same and the management of the conditon depends on the cause of the increased fluid.
it varies as per the individual. not necessarily does it recur in every pregnancy for an individual.

i dont know what you mean by fluid more, but if it happened before then the conditions are the same.

Maybe your wife has a larger womb than most women, and that she carries more water in the womb? If your first child was OK than this child should be OK.
