Swimming is almost always undamaging during pregnancy. After your water breaks is the individual time that some docs worry nearly infection, but it's been shown that hip bath water doesn't enter the vagina unless you're putting something else contained by there along next to it.

Swimming is also a great way to exercise when you're awareness huge and want some weightlessness. Also great if your babe-in-arms needs to turn to a better position as you seize further along.

Swimming is safe during ALL parts of pregnancy, as long as in attendance aren't complications. My wife would have died if she couldn't enjoy floated in the pool during the summer! She loved hunch weightless--and it was the simply time she wasn't hot.

However, they don't recommend hot tubs/spas that are hotter than body temperature.

Yes its ok ! Swimming is wonderful threw the whole pregnancy . Not with the sole purpose is it good exercise but also great to filch some of that heavy idea off you. Weightless= wonderful during pregnancy ! I wouldnt recommend any ciff jumping are belly floops but , floating around and swimming are prefectly ok. Just dont capture over tired thats all. Swim away !
