I know we're supposed to sleep on our left side...?

but what would be the second best position to sleep in after that. I'm pretty comfortable on my left side, but sometimes I just have to move around to something else for a little while. Any suggestions?

The right side is second best for laying down. Laying on your back is okay just not for more than a few minutes but you can always modify laying on your back by propping your head and shoulders up on pillows that way you arent flat on your back and your circulation isn't as greatly affected.
