Your nipples and the area around the nipples (areola) get darker and broader.
You have to urinate more often.
You feel tired.

wow hun, i hope everything works out for the best, i'm 15 too. but as far as things know, different signs for different people, but you can do a web search on "Early Signs of Pregnancy (in teens)" or something similar. but i know people who are and were pregnant at an early age, and they missed their periods the next time around, they started getting sick such as headaches and what not. but again, i hope everything works out, but just try the web search =).
