Sleeping on stern surrounded by 3rd trimester?
Is it really bleak to do this?
Answers: Try sticking a pillow between your knees as well to help out with the discomfort within your hips, if you can go and acquire yourself one of those full length body pillows, they are fantastic!
I have other found that the best way to sleep surrounded by the later stages of pregnancy is to sleep on my side but slightly towards the front next to the bottom leg straight down and the upper leg pulled up with a pillow underneath my tummy for a little extra support for bub.
As for rolling onto your rear, don't worry too much roughly it, you will find that as you get bigger you will start wake up if it happens because it will engineer you uncomfortable, so your body will sort it adjectives out for you anyway!
Good luck!
If you are still comfy sleeping on your back after that's all that matter. You should take sleep any style you can get! lol
