Which is better to drink while pregnant Milk or soy milk?

I can drink both but just wondering which if any is better?


Answers:    Soymilk contains everything that regular cows milk does, plus lots more fiber which is important to regulate your digestive tract. Constipation is a adjectives problem in pregnancy, and the more fiber you procure, the more regular you will be. The more regular you are, the less break you have of getting hemmorhoids... another lovely complication of pregnancy. In one serving of soy milk, you go and get just as much calcium as you do within regular milk. Also, there are other ways to receive calcium too... yogurt, cheese.... and my personal favorite source... ICE CREAM!
Both have their advantages - why not drink both? Soy milk is great for protein and you can even find it now next to fiber added! A definite bonus while enjoy that pregnancy constipation.... Then you've got the much needed calcium from milk. So I'd suggest a chalice of each a daytime.

You need a ton of calcium for babys growing bones so I would voice milk, but thats just me.
