I have some of the symptoms of this when I was pregnant and my babies be fine. But I ate a lot of food to preserve the shakes away and gained lots of weightiness (60 lbs 1st kid; 65 lbs 2nd kid) and my kids were both big (9 lbs and 10 lbs 4 oz). So you might want to see what the doctor say.
I don't think so but it will formulate you feel discomfited. Blood pressure is normally rather lower during pregnancy and if you already had it low, you may start sentiment dizzy and weak. Low blood sugar level might be sign you don't eat properly - any you don't enough or you don't guzzle the right stuff (like proteines and complex carbohydrates which can keep your blood sugar level up for a longer time) or you don't eat commonly enough. You own to start eating more recurrently - every 3 hour or so, even if it is just a snack and never skip a collation. Try to eat more proteins. I also suffer from low blood pressure and if I don't munch through often, I quality terribly dizzy. Yesterday we be invited to lunch and I had a really accurate meal next to a large steak, rice and fresh vegetable salad. Today "surprisingly" I didn't enjoy the usual dizzy spell in the morning. So I guess I should follow my own proposal too. :-)
Eat regularly, small meals in the order of 6 times a day. Go next to things like red meat, pasta, potatos - anything starchy and full of carbs and protein. Stay away from plain sugar like candies and such but preserve some protein bars, granola and the close to on you for snacking. If you start to have the dizzy, faint spells, then you might want a chocolate dowel or a high sugar soda for emergency use.
Do not shorten the amount of salt contained by your diet unless you start experiencing extreme water retention. You can prevent that though by making sure you take at least 12 specs of fluid every day - next to the low blood pressure go for things close to gatorade and powerade (they're making these drinks with extra anit-oxidants, calcium and other vitamins in the present day - hubby brought me a strawberry flavoured Powerade yesterday with Calcium and other vitamins and it wasn't that large in sugar content any!). The salt help to keep your blood pressure up, merely don't over do it!
I have extremely low blood pressure usually (I can freak out pharmacists with my reading, they all judge I should be out cold on the floor). Being pregnant has made it worse at times within the beginning. Towards the running out though when blood pressure is supposed to come back up you will start to consistency better. For now though you will obligation extra rest, don't worry if you call for to take a Tylenol in a minute and then for the headache. Get lots of excersize, avoid over heating yourself.
There is no valid danger to the infant with low blood pressure. You'll own an u/s soon and they will be able to see and confirm that everything is fine. The menace is more to yourself in trying to push yourself too intricate and winding up next to exhaustion, or endorsement out and banging your come first on the way down!
Oh, and as my doctor told me, the risk of pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes contained by her personal experience is extremely rare contained by women who have intrinsically low blood pressure (meaning it's not caused by meds, drinking, etc..) Just get through healthy, rest lots and don't stress.
Congrats on the bundle of gaiety!
