Well, if you were cut, it is probably still healing. That would definitely make it tender in those instances. I was cut with my first child, and I could barely sit for two weeks, and I was still uncomfortable when using the toilet for a couple months.

you should ask your doctor, you should have a post partum check coming up soon, make that your first question.
i never had problems with my bum i had problems urinating cause it stung when it touched the scraps and scratches.

Yes and I think it is scar tissue from the apiziotemy (sp?) anway it goes away it took a few months for me but it gets better! Good luck. Try motrin if your not breast feeding.
It's called hemrroids! Woman sometimes get them while pregnant, and sometimes while they are pushing. Hemrroids are a vericose vain in the anus.
i had a child 4 weeks ago today as well and i had the same problem. my doc told me the burning when peeing is because of my stiches dont know if that is the case for you but i would guess you have a few stiches?? Anyway i am still experiencing these pains so i will be asking again at my 6 week appt as everything down below seems to have healed and i still have these pains. Maybe just make an appt with the doc to be 100%.
