What is the dumbest thing someone said to you while you were pregnant?

I heard tons of things that got me rolling my eyes,
"Was it planned?" "You are married aren't you?"
"Did you know how much it will hurt?"
"I guess you don't care about your figure!" This was when I was 8 months pregnant, and I had only gained about 16 pounds, I also didn't look like I was much morethan 6 or 7 months along so it was not only rude but totatlly hurtful due to the fact that I actaully struggled to put that wieght on.
By my own family
"I didn't htink you wanted another one."
"IDidn't think you like kids."
"Can you hande it?"
Come on, it's like they don't even bother to think before they speak.
At walmart just days before I delivered a lady actaully gave me a rude stare and said, well I think you're ready to pop, I better hurry up and get you out of my line.
Talk about rude...and stupid..
Oh there was the nicest old lady that had the nerve to tell me about birth control pills and how younger people today don't bother to be careful. She didnt' seem to nice after that anymore.

My mom said while I was in labor "Well I guess you'll think twice about having sex again." Umm . . . hello!? What is that about! Since then I've given her two more grandchildren.

I finally went over the egdge when one lady at work said, your water is going to break any minute. I still had a little over a month to go. We worked at a daycare, and the director wasn't doing anything about it and I had had enough.
So I was like, I think you right in fact I think it is going to break right now, and I squirted some water on her from my water bottle.
I wasn't afraid of any repercussions, but even if I was, I was moving in a few days
Believe it or not, I was told by a co-worker that sitting at my desk with my hand on my stomach was obscene! Can you imagine? I was eight months pregnant and very happy to be pregnant, and there aren't a whole lot of options where to put your hands when you're that big! So, I put it down to sheer stupidity on her part and sometimes wonder if she ever got psychiatric help. Happy Baby!
When I was pregnant with my third (last) a woman told me that she read having 3 is the same amount of work as 6. The thought made it kind of hard to adjust.
But it is true (sometimes I babysit 3-4 other kids)
before i found out if i was having a boy or girl..my friends use to tell me i am about to have a boy because my nose was getting wide.what the hell is that!! But i did have a boy and i named him Ja'Kory Dez-Michael!!

I was going to a catholic college when I was pregnant with my son, and I had this passing out problem I would get when I sat down too long, so the nun, (I guess had never seen a pregnant person before) asked me if I was diabetic that's why I was dizzy!! I said "No, I'm pregnant"...7months along, by the way...she says "Oh!!" dumb nun
im NOT a big girl naturally, but i was 7 months pregnant!! and this one lady said "are you pregnant" i was like OMG yes!! and she was like "oh i wasnt sure" i then felt sad and depressed LOL. also, after my daughter was born,my husband and i were at the store, and my daughter was in PINK evrything hair band and all, and a lady said "aww is it a boy or a girl?" i was like OMG!! lol. best of luck ♥

Someone asked my friend if she really liked children or if it was an accident.
I heard someone ask my wife, "Are you expecting?" when it was very obvious she was.
I guess it would be " LOOK HOW BIG YOUR GETTING" I am ONLY 14 weeks pregnant

No one said a lot to me while I was pregnant...
But, when my daughter was about a month old, I was breastfeeding her at a family dinner and my aunt walked by and shook her head saying to me "That poor kid. You know, you are STARVING that baby"..
It was ALL I could do to politely tell her that it was MY child, times had CHANGED since she had had a baby, and that comments like THAT she could keep to herself.
Then... I cried in the bathroom for a few minutes.. LOL, gotta love those after baby hormones. But I stood my ground on what I thought was best, and it was a really good feeling..
HAHAHA this one was hysterical, when my fiance and I got our own place WHILE I WAS PREGNANT about 8 months along to be exact his grandmother came over and was looking at the place and when she got to our bedroom she seen the king sized bed and then looked at me and said " don't you think you two should have separate beds "?? I looked at her and then placed my hand on my belly and said " it is a little late for that don't you think"? lol I thought it was hysterical.
This one thing would drive me nuts, my son was a big baby and I barely showed until my 8th month where I got huge it looked like I swallowed a watermelon and random strangers would come up to me and be like " are you having twins" boy did that made me feel super nice.

Not me personally but a complete stranger asked my friend if she was going to deliver by c section or vaginally. she was speechless.
A cashier at a gas statin told me "its a girl' i said "nope, the doctor said its a boy" she said "no, he is wrong, i know these kind of things, my daughter saw the penis on an ultrasound and it came out a girl like i said"

A couple of gay guys asked me if I was having twins or triplets because I was "huge". Um, I only gained 25 pounds during pregnancy, and my baby was only 7lb, 12 oz. I took one look at them and said, "how funny, I was going to ask you the same thing!"

I was out with a friend and I was almost at the end of my pregnancy. We had gotten a DQ Blizzard (of course I had put on a little pregnancy weight on top of having about 40 pounds to lose) and this guy said, "Look at you, you don't need that!" When he said it, it was a little mumbled and my friend pretended like she didn't hear it, but it made me feel like a hideous, worthless cow. Even after losing weight that comment still bothers me.
Someone asked me how far along I was, I told her 5 months and she let me know that's how far along her sister was when she lost her baby. Real Neat
I ended up having a micro-preemie who was in the hospital for 82 days before she could come home and someone said to me "at least you didn't get as fat."
I would have gained a million pounds if would have meant I could have carried my baby full term and she wouldn't have had to struggle like she did.

i get asked if i am excited, ur huge are you having twins, and u look like ur going to pop that baby out soon! i just think i got two more weeks. the thing that annoys me is when ur walking around in a store and older women just constantly stare at you and smile from ear to ear its kinda creepy.
