Is this normal in early pregnancy ?
I am in 5th week now & found pregnant at the end of 4th week . i got cramps in abdomin for half day & i am getting left and right abdomin pains sometimes when i move or getup from chair .no bleeding !! ... i am moving slowly and when i asked one of my friend she said she was able to run in 5th week and she did not sense any pain or anything . i am little bit worried if this is normal in 5th week .please let me know.

That's pretty normal. Even some brownish discharge at the very beginning is common. Many women experience period like symptoms during the time they would normally be expecting it. As long as you're not having any severe cramping, bleeding or fever then take it easy and relax, odds are you're alright. Congrats on the baby!!
Ask your doctor to be sure but with no bleeding, its probably fine! There's a lot of stretching and stuff going on in there. I had some mild cramping the first 2 months of my pregnancy

Just relax first of all. If you have an ob/gyn appt. scheduled, don't want and give them a call to let them know how you are feeling. They may fit you in sooner or may be able to reassure you themselves that all is well. Relax first.
I had all kinds of twinges right throughout my pregnancy, just like you've described.
I often felt like my period had started too and was constantly on the loo checking for bleeding.
The first few months are such a scary time, particularly if you've been trying for a while to get pregnant, but please try not to worry.
If the cramps become painful or you have bleeding you should see your GP but it doesn't automatically mean there is a problem. I had some bleeding at 8 weeks and I was terrified but everything was fine, we ended up with a wonderful baby boy.
very normal..I know it is scary but i had cramps alot in the begining, really until my second trimester. Now I get round ligament pain which is not much better...good luck
