I'm in 33 weeks of pregnancy. My plancenta is laying low..?

And my baby is in trasverse position.what's the outcome!! pls help wiz the answers.

Answer:
you need to check with your gynae and go with his / her advice.

my sis faced similar situation. first you must check if you placenta is covering the opening of your vagina. if so, doctor will recommend you to go for c-section especially if you baby's head position is in breech.

my sis' gynae tried to turn the baby at 36 weeks. and when the baby couldn't be moved, she had to go for a c-sec at 38 weeks.

hope this helps!, take care..

p/s : try and lift your legs up so often as you can remember. my sis was recommended bed rest from 32 weeks onwards.
i think the one to provide you with the best answer would be your doctor. i'm confident they've encounter this kind of issue more than anyone who will provide you answers here.
They should do an ultrasound on you around 36 weeks gestation to see if the placenta has moved up out of the way. In most cases it does, but sometimes (like me!) it doesn't. I had placenta previa also with my 1st child, and it failed to move up out of the way. therefore I needed a caesarian at 36 weeks. That would be your worst outcome.
On the transverse side of things, my 2nd son was also transverse, and as labor progressed he still didn't rotate! They waited an hour after I was fully dialatd hoping he would turn but he refused!! I required an episiotomy, suction to try to turn him sideways (which also failed!) and then finally forceps!! That worked, thank goodness! Most transverse babies turn during labor (if not before), so just relax, don't worry, and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Your doctor is more than likely aware of the details of your pregnancy, and will be doing all he can to provide you with a healthy baby and safe delivery. Good Luck to you!!
