Depends on the test..everyone is different. most of them use the minus (-) and plus (+) type results. a minus (-) means NOT prego. A plus (+) means yes. As long as you don't see a plus sign (or even a faint one) then it's not positive. If you see a solid line and a faint one crossing it, then there's a possibility of pregnancy or a malfunction of the test. Wait 10 days and take another test!!
its on the box which ever one you used and if a thin line shows then you are pregnant that is how it was when i had mine
Yes, a faint line could mean positive. Best to take another test first thing in the morning the first time you pee. Either way, you should go to the doctor and let them take the test (don't worry, they use urine too- no blood test a normal pregnancy test!). I once had a "false positive"- meaning the test actually said, "pregnant" in digital letters, and then by the time I tested again the next morning, I was "not pregnant"... with that said, no matter how rare it might be, false positives happen too. Best bet is to let the doctor check again-
